ORIGINAL STUDIES
We have analyzed the results of treatment of 1325 patients with unstable angina, all men aged 35 to 75. All pateitns received a standard of intensive treatment with aspirin, infusion of nitroglycerin and heparin or LMWH and the usage of b-blockers. Arrhythmias required antiarrhythmic treatment including electrical procedures. ST segment elevation or newly emerged LBBB (acute coronary syndrome) required thrombolysis. Treatment yielded good results in 862 patients (65%), satisfactory in 195 (14.5%) and unsatisfactory in 132 (10%). 66 patients (5%) had ineffective conservative treatment, myocardial infarction developed in 70 (5.5%), of which 3 died (2%).
34 patients with critical one- or two-vessel disease underwent PTCA and stenting with good short-term result, just one of them developed a non-fatal MI during the procedure. 125 patients underwent autovenous coronary bypass of which the short-term results were as follows: non-fatal MI in 6 (4.5%), post-surgery death in 3 (2.4%). Angina seized in 103 of 116 patients (89%). The best short-term results were observed in patients stabilized by the time of intervention.
The results of studing main features of influence of electromagnetic radiation of atmosphere oxygen molecular spectra of irradiation and absorption frequencies on whole blood rheology of patients with stable angina pectoris were present. The changes of rheological properties of whole blood samples of the patients with stable angina pectoris irradiated with electromagnetic radiation of atmosphere oxygen molecular spectra of irradiation and absorption frequencies depend on the time of treating, initial haematocrit level, fibrinogen concentration and arterial blood pressure.
We have investigated the room for magnesium sulfate in preventing arrhythmias in patients with acute myocardial infarction occurring with reperfusion and QT prolongation. We have studied 110 patients in the first 6 hours of AMI, including 50 with QT prolongation and 60 with various regimens of thrombolysis with urokinase. 40 patients received thrombolysis along with magnesium infusion (scheme see infra). Patients with AMI and prolonged QT were infused 20 mL 25% magnesium sulfate in 10 mL 5% glucose for 30 minutes with subsequent intravenous magnesium sulfate 0.5-0.6 g per hour. In all patients plasma and RBC Mg and Ca concentrations were assessed with atomic absorption assay, daily ECG monitoring and 12-lead standard ECG with the analysis of QT duration and dispersion. We have found that patients with AMI in the first 6 hours exhibit a depletion of both serum and intracellular Mg with leads to QT prolongation and dispersion. Magnesium sulfate given intravenously helped reverse QT prolongation by the end of the 2nd day and decrease dispersion significantly. We have also found magnesium sulfate with thrombolysis to decrease the incidence of reperfusion syndrome.
We have conducted the research on revealing conformities of daily profile patients with arterial hypertension with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus as compared with the patients of essential hypertension according to returns of daily blood pressure monitoring. We have arranged, that the daily profile of blood pressure monitoring of patients with essential hypertension and arterial hypertension with diabetes mellitus rose with exception variability in mild form and the morning size of rising blood pressure so as in the mild and moderate forms. Differences in significances of profile of essential hypertension and diabetes mellitus patients have been demonstrated.
Aim of investigation: to estimate characteristics and pathogenic importance of lipid spectrum changes, indexes of peroxide oxidation of lipids (POL) and level of estradiol in women suffered from NAA. Materials and methods: 85 women suffered from NAA at the age of 16–55 were investigated. Level of lipids, peroxide oxidation of lipids and estradiol was studied in blood plasma. Results: Predominance of antiatherogenic fractions of lipids was determined in young women with NAA against a background of high estradiol level. It was noted an increase of atherogenic hyperlipoproteinemiae in patients at the age of 41–55 and connection with coming of pausimenia and depression of estradiol level. Correlative negative connection was found between index of POL and total cholesterol, threeglycerid and negative connection between index of POL and estradiol. Conclusion: Results of investigation reveal that lipid level is controlled by sexual hormones and POL.
CLINIC AND PHARMACOLOGY
With the aim of studing influense of 3-12 mounth therapy of indapamide at the daily profile of blood pressure, condition of central hemodynamic and RAAS, were examined 121 patients older than 55 years old.
We noted, that systolic blood pressure reduce on 19% and diastolic one on the 14%, mainly because of decrease of common peripheral vascular resistance. At the same time the levels of renin and aldosterone were diminished, while cardiopump function, lipid, carbohydrate and electrolyte metabolism were not changed.

The changes of some electrophysiological parameters of heart of the cats in vivo were investigated at the thoraco-and pericardiotomy test. Stimulating electrode were established to the left auricle and ventricle. The electrocardiogram was registered on three indirect and four esophageal leads. During test the electrophysiological parameters such as automatism sinus node; conductivity, refractory period and excitability of a myocardium were defined. It was established, that oppression of automatism sinus node, prolongation of the in the auricles, atrioventricular node and ventricles, to increase of a threshold of excitation ventricles results from the thorax and a pericardium opening. The offered method may be used for studying antyarrhythmic drugs, and researches of connections with organoprotective properties.
