Аннотация
Лептин является регуляторным белком семейства адипокинов, поддерживающим энергетический гомеостаз организма и препятствующий развитию ожирения. Нарушение передачи лептинового сигнала к гипоталамусу приводит к лептинорезистентности и ее грозным осложнениям. Понимание механизмов лептинорезистентности важно для разработки профилактических и лечебных мероприятий, направленных на предотвращение атеросклероза, сахарного диабета, артериальной гипертонии.
