HELICOBACTER PYLORI И ПАТОЛОГИЯ СЕРДЕЧНО-СОСУДИСТОЙ СИСТЕМЫ: ДЕЙСТВИТЕЛЬНО ЛИ ПУТЬ К СЕРДЦУ ЛЕЖИТ ЧЕРЕЗ ЖЕЛУДОК?

Аннотация

В статье приводятся и анализируются данные отечественной и зарубежной литературы о потенциальной связи хеликобактерной инфекции и риска развития и прогрессирования кардиоваскулярной патологии. Рассматриваются имеющиеся статистические доказательства ее существования, эффективность превентивной эрадикационной терапии, а также сведения о вариантах патогенетических механизмов формирования указанной связи. На основании критического анализа данных литературы и некоторых собственных исследований предлагается новая интегральная концепция патогенеза Helicobacter Pylori-ассоциированных заболеваний сердечно-сосудистой системы.
