Рассматриваются имеющиеся статистические доказательства ее существования, эффективность превентивной эрадикационной терапии, а также сведения о вариантах патогенетических механизмов формирования указанной связи. На основании критического анализа данных литературы и некоторых собственных исследований предлагается новая интегральная концепция патогенеза Helicobacter Pylori-ассоциированных заболеваний сердечно-сосудистой системы.</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper analyses the Russian and international evidence on the potential role of Helicobacter pylori infection in the development and progression of cardiovascular disease. The authors discuss the existing statistical evidence of this association, its pathogenetic mechanisms, and the effectiveness of preventive eradication treatment.
