Аннотация
Легочная артериальная гипертензия (ЛАГ) связана с высоким уровнем материнской и неонатальной смертности. Обзор посвящен анализу существующих данных использования ЛАГ-специфической терапии в период беременности. Авторы предлагают оптимальный подход к ведению пациенток с ЛАГ до, во время и после беременности
