Антитромботическая терапия при фибрилляции предсердий и коморбидной патологии – как выбрать оптимальное решение?

Аннотация
В обзоре обсуждается проблема антикоагулянтной терапии и
выбора антикоагулянта для предупреждения инсульта и системных эмболий у больных с фибрилляцией предсердий и коморбидной патологией: артериальной гипертензией, пороками сердца, в т.ч. после операций на клапанах сердца, ишемической болезнью сердца, сахарным диабетом, хронической болезнью почек, заболеваниями желудочно-кишечного тракта, анемией, онкопатологией, а также с высоким риском экстренных операций и травм.
