Ожирение как фактор риска кардиоваскулярной патологии: фокус на ультразвуковые исследования

Аннотация

На протяжении многих десятилетий ожирение является одним из основных факторов риска развития сердечно-сосудистой патологии. Несмотря на труд ученых и врачей различных специальностей, бремя данной патологии продолжает увеличивать свой вклад в заболеваемость и смертность от сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Многочисленные антропометрические критерии ожирения являются хорошо изученными, простыми и недорого стоящими средствами диагностики избыточной массы тела среди населения. Однако их точность сравнительно невелика. В частности, на основании данных критериев невозможно определить состав тела, что является ключевым моментом в стратификации сердечно-сосудистого риска. Несмотря на сравнительно небольшой период использования ультразвуковых методов для диагностики ожирения, уже получены убедительные доказательства их высокой точности и эффективности в прогнозировании риска развития сердечно-сосудистой патологии. Учитывая непрерывное усовершенствование аппаратов ультразвукового исследования, рассматриваемые критерии должны внедряться в рутинную клиническую и исследовательскую практику. В данном литературном обзоре рассмотрены основные параметры, используемые при ультразвуковой диагностике ожирения, их вклад в развитие как традиционных факторов риска, так и непосредственно сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний.
