Скрытые возможности профилактики ишемического инсульта у больных с заболеваниями, обусловленными атеросклерозом: результаты дополнительного анализа рандомизированных исследований ривароксабана

Аннотация
При решении вопроса о внедрении в клиническую практику клинических препаратов все более актуальным становится определение соотношения между пользой терапии и ее нежелательными эффектами, а также выявление клинически значимых дополнительных преимуществ новых подходов к лечению, которые нередко удается выявить при анализе дополнительных показателей или в ходе выполнения вторичных анализов данных об участниках рандомизированных контролируемых исследований. Несмотря на отсутствие строгой доказательной силы результатов таких анализов, они нередко формируют мнение о возможности использования лекарственных средств в определенной клинической ситуации. В статье рассматриваются новые данные о перспективах применения низких доз ривароксабана (2,5 мг 2 раза/сут.), которые были получены в ходе выполнения не только основных анализов, но и вторичных анализов данных, полученных в рандомизированных исследованиях, включавших больных с обусловленными атеросклерозом сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями и синусовым ритмом.
