РЕСИНХРОНИЗАЦИЯ РАБОТЫ СЕРДЦА - СОВРЕМЕННЫЙ МЕТОД КОРРЕКЦИИ ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ СЕРДЕЧНОЙ НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТИ

Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются патогенетические механизмы влияния межжелудочкового и внутрижелудочкового асинхронизма на прогрессирование хронической сердечной недостаточности, механизмы ресинхронизации работы сердца (РРС). Перечислены подтвержденные в ряде многоцентровых исследований показания к проведению РРС Уделено внимание методике выполнения РРС и способам оценки ее эффективности. Подчеркнуто положительное влияние РРС не только на клинический статус, гемодинамику, но и на прогноз пациентов с ХСН.
