АРТЕРИАЛЬНАЯ ГИПЕРТЕНЗИЯ ПРИ ТИРЕОТОКСИКОЗЕ: ВОПРОСЫ НЕЙРОГУМОРАЛЬНОЙ АКТИВАЦИИ, ГЕМОДИНАМИЧЕСКИХ И МЕТАБОЛИЧЕСКИХ ИЗМЕНЕНИЙ

Аннотация

Представлен анализ литературных данных по проблеме артериальной гипертензии у больных с тиреотоксикозом: состояние ренин-ангиотензин-альдостероновой системы, катехоламинов, кортизола, показателей гемодинамики, вопросы фармакологической коррекции гемодинамических изменений, охарактеризованы изменения липидного спектра крови. На основании представленных данных сделано заключение о необходимости дальнейших исследований в данном направлении для уточнения особенностей нейро-гуморальной активации и метаболических изменений в зависимости от степени повышения АД, тяжести тиреотоксикоза, динамики АД по мере компенсации тиреоидной функции, оптимизация антигипертензивной терапии у данных больных.
