МЕТАБОЛИЧЕСКИЙ СИНДРОМ: СЛОЖНЫЕ И НЕРЕШЕННЫЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ

Аннотация

В статье обсуждаются спорные вопросы метаболического синдрома (МС), четкости его критериев, реальной прогностической значимости. Описываются разные типы ожирения, которые складываются из разнообразных сочетаний общего и висцерального ожирения. Обосновывается необходимость выделе­ния понятий "МС в узком и широком смысле слова", которые имеют разные патогенетические механизмы и предполагают дифференцированный подход к их лечению. Приводится патогенетическое обоснование включения в кла­стер МС в узком смысле слова таких его компонентов как жировой гепатоз, синдром поликистозных яичников и других. Предлагаются в порядке обсужде­ния более точные формулировки для синдрома кластера множественных факторов риска вместо МС.
