УРОВНИ ЛИПИДНЫХ И НЕЛИПИДНЫХ БИОМАРКЕРОВ В КРОВИ У МУЖЧИН С КОРОНАРНЫМ АТЕРОСКЛЕРОЗОМ В НОВОСИБИРСКЕ

Изучены липидные (общий холестерин, ХС, триглицериды, ХС липопротеинов низкой и высокой плотности, ЛНП-ХС, ЛВП-ХС, липопротеин (а)) и нелипидные (высоко чувствительный С-реактивный протеин, hsСРП, гомоцистеин, интерлейкины ИЛ-1-бета, ИЛ-6, ИЛ-8, фактор некроза опухоли альфа, металлопротеиназы ММП-3 и ММП-9) биомаркеры атеросклероза в крови у 96 мужчин 42–70 лет с коронароангиографически документированным коронарным атеросклерозом, без острого коронарного синдрома, со стабильной стенокардией напряжения II-IV ФК – жителей г. Новосибирска. Из изученного спектра биомаркеров у большинства (у более 70% мужчин) в крови повышены уровни общего ХС, ЛНП-ХС, hsСРП, гомоцистеина, ИЛ-6, ИЛ-8 и, особенно, ММП-9, повышенного у 100% мужчин.
