АЦЕТИЛСАЛИЦИЛОВАЯ КИСЛОТА КАК СРЕДСТВО ПРЕДОТВРАЩЕНИЯ СМЕРТЕЛЬНЫХ ИСХОДОВ ПРИ СЕРДЕЧНО-СОСУДИСТЫХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЯХ: ВЫБОР ФОРМЫ И ДОЗЫ ПРЕПАРАТА
Аннотация
В аналитической статье представлена информация о возможностях использования ацетилсалициловой кислоты для уменьшения смертности больных с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями. Особое внимание уделено «минимальной» эффективной дозе препарата с позиции влияния на выживаемость больных. При обсуждении выбора различных доз и форм затронуты вопросы значения переносимости для эффективности препарата. Обсуждаются значение баланса антиишемической эффективности и безопасности, прежде всего геморрагической, для целесообразности использования ацетилсалициловой кислоты в различных дозировках. Приведены аргументы в пользу применения препарата в, так называемой, кишечнорастворимой, оболочке.
