ПРОГНОСТИЧЕСКАЯ РОЛЬ С-РЕАКТИВНОГО БЕЛКА В РАЗВИТИИ РИСКА КАРДИАЛЬНЫХ СОБЫТИЙ
Аннотация
В обзорной статье обсуждается вопрос взаимодействия эндотелия с медиаторами воспаления. СРБ участвует в активизации процессов воспаления и увеличении продукции эндотелина – 1, что приводит к дисфункции эндотелия. СРБ, активизируя процессы перекисного окисления липидов, еще больше усугубляет дисфункцию эндотелия. Все это приводит к вазоконстрикции, повышению артериального давления, тромбообразованию и, как следствие, к неблагоприятным сердечно-сосудистым событиям.
