СНИЖЕНИЕ ПОТРЕБЛЕНИЯ СОЛИ. ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ ПРЕВЕНТИВНОЙ СТРАТЕГИИ. ЧАСТЬ V

Аннотация

Статья посвящена обзору различных подходов в снижении потребления соли человеком. Рассмотрены уровни безопасного потребления соли, рекомендованные с точки зрения профилактики поражения органов-мишеней. Представлены рекомендации по регулированию потребления соли, принятые в различных странах мира. Изложены основы частной, общественной и государственной политики по практическому внедрению этих рекомендаций. Представлены ожидаемые результаты ее реализации в отношении успешности коррекции артериальной гипертензии, а также в снижении общей и сердечно-сосудистой смертности. Статья представляет интерес для врачей — терапевтов широкого профиля, кардиологов, организаторов здравоохранения.
