Развитие детского сердца и контрактильность от внутриутробного до постнатального периода

Аннотация

Обзор литературы посвящен анализу современных данных об основных этапах развития и становления контрактильности детского сердца от внутриутробного до постнатального периода. Представленная информация позволит расширить традиционные представления по возрастной физиологии сердечно-сосудистой системы детского возраста, дополнив актуальными знаниями о закономерностях становления механики левого желудочка, о механизмах, влияющих на морфологию детского сердца, о генезе многоообразия, эволюционной целесообразности одновременного существования различных контрактильно-ротационных моделей левого желудочка, обеспечивающих эффективную функцию сердца в процессе постнатального роста и развития, что весьма важно для работы неонатологов, педиатров, детских кардиологов и терапевтов.
