ЖЕЛУДОЧКОВАЯ ЭКСТРАСИСТОЛИЯ У ДЕТЕЙ

Аннотация

В лекции приводятся данные об эпидемиологии, классификации, патофизиологии и клиническом течении желудочковой экстрасистолии (ЖЭ) у детей. Особое внимание уделено вопросам оценки риска возникновения аритмогенной дисфункции миокарда на фоне данного нарушения ритма сердца. Обсуждается понятие “идиопатическая” ЖЭ, приводятся наиболее частые экстракардиальные причины ЖЭ, устранение которых является важным фактором успешности лечения. Указывается на принципиальную важность наличия органического поражения сердца у ребенка с ЖЭ для прогноза заболевания и оценки его опасности. На основании имеющихся российских и международных требований представлены рекомендации по наблюдению детей с ЖЭ, выбору антиаритмической терапии и радиочастотной аблации источника аритмии.
