Abstract
Patient’s history with an implanted pacemaker and a myocardial infarction with a coronarypulmonary fistula of circumflex artery was analyzed. The article discusses the difficulties of diagnosing this pathology and the possibilities of its curative treatment, as well as the experience of its management in the Clinics of Samara State Medical University.
