ПОДХОДЫ К ВЫБОРУ АНТИГИПЕРТЕНЗИВНОГО ПРЕПАРАТА ПРИ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИИ БОЛЕЕ НИЗКИХ ЦЕЛЕВЫХ УРОВНЕЙ АРТЕРИАЛЬНОГО ДАВЛЕНИЯ

Аннотация

В статье обсуждаются современные тенденции к изменению порогового и целевого уровня артериального давления (АД), а также особенности применения антигипертензивной терапии, которые обусловлены такими тенденциями. Обсуждается проблема увеличения риска развития острого повреждения почек при достижении более низких уровней АД и возможное подходы к ее решению. Рассматриваются доказательные данные о влиянии применения блокаторов рецепторов ангиотензина II на функцию почек. Приводятся данные, позволяющие предположить особую роль ирбесартана в профилактике прогрессирования дисфункции почек.
