ФАРМАКОЛОГИЧЕСКОЕ ПРЕКОНДИЦИОНИРОВАНИЕ. В ФОКУСЕ — НИКОРАНДИЛ

Аннотация

В данном литературном обзоре представлена сводная информации о феномене кондиционирования и, в частности, фармакологического прекондиционирования миокарда. Широко представлена информация об активаторе АТФ-зависимых калиевых каналов — никорандиле. Обсуждаются механизм действия, показатели эффективности и безопасности препарата. Приведенные данные свидетельствуют о том, что на современном этапе никорандил не является обязательным препаратом для сопровождения чрескожного коронарного вмешательства, однако данные клинических исследований, подтверждают возможность уменьшения риска развития перипроцедурного повреждения миокарда при условии превентивного назначения этого препарата. Представлены данные о позитивном влиянии никорандила на сократительную функцию миокарда и клинические исходы.
