Аннотация
Представлен обзор современных данных о влиянии алкоголя на кардиоваскулярное здоровье. Обсуждены рекомендованные и безопасные профилактические дозы алкоголя. Обобщен материал по оценке риска развития и прогрессирования ишемического поражения сердца, нарушений ритма сердца, инсульта и иных сосудистых поражений при длительном употреблении алкоголя в различных дозах. Статья представляет интерес для врачей-терапевтов широкого профиля, кардиологов, неврологов.
