Оценить КЖ лиц с АГ, проанализировать связь КЖ и статуса лечения и изучить ассоциированные с КЖ факторы по данным исследования эссе-Рф. Материал и методы. Материалом для анализа послужили представительные выборки населения (n=21894) 13 регионов Рф, включенных в исследование эссе-Рф в 2012-2013гг. Отклик составил 80%. Были использованы стандартные эпидемиологические методы и критерии. Обследованные были разделены на 4 группы: 1) лица без АГ, 2) лица с АГ, принимающие АГП и имеющие нормальный уровень АД, 3) лица с АГ, принимающие лекарства, но не контролирующие АД (лечатся неэффективно), 4) лица с АГ, не принимающие АГП. КЖ оценивалось с использованием международного вопросника eUROQOL — eQ-5D и визуальной аналоговой шкалы eQ-VAs. Интегральную оценку КЖ проводили по методике, разработанной JW shaw, et al. В анализ включались следующие переменные: пол, возраст, уровни образования и благосостояния, уровни систолического и диастолического давления, статус лечения АГ, наличие коморбидной патологии, регион-участник исследования.Результаты. В целом у лиц женского пола с АГ КЖ хуже, чем у мужчин (р&lt;0,0005). При анализе компонентов eQ-5D нами было выявлено, что частота выраженных нарушений по каждому из них не превысила 3%, в то время как умеренные нарушения выявлены у 5-41% лиц с АГ в зависимости от анализируемого компонента. Значения eQ-VAs достоверно ниже среди обследованных, имеющих АГ, в сравнении с не имеющими АГ — 66,4% vs 70,1%, р&lt;0,0005. Наибольшие значения (р&lt;0,0005) отмечены среди лиц с АГ, не принимавших АГП, тогда как значения АГП в группе лечащихся эффективно и неэффективно оказались близки между собой. суммарный индекс качества жизни по eQ-5D выше среди мужчин в сравнении с женщинами (р&lt;0,005), но с возрастом он снижается. среди лиц обоего пола в двух группах — лиц без АГ и лиц “имеют АГ, но не принимают АГП” КЖ, выраженное индексом eQ-5D оказалось сходным и достоверно более высоким, чем в группах “лечатся эффективно” и “лечатся неэффективно”.Заключение. Распространенность АГ в Рф остается высокой. КЖ у лиц с АГ ниже по сравнению с лицами без АГ (за счет лиц, принимающих АГП). это свидетельствует о необходимости внимания к лицам с АГ в реальной клинической практике, включая диспансерное наблюдение и вовлечение их в обучающие программы. Полученные в настоящем исследовании популяционные значения КЖ у лиц с АГ могут быть использованы для расчета QALY при моделировании экономической эффективности различных диагностических и лечебных мер в отношении российских пациентов с АГ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To evaluate  LQ in AH patients,  to analyze the relation of LQ and  treatment status,  and to study associated with LQ factors, by the data of esse-Rf study. Material and methods. The materials for analysis were representative selections of inhabitants (n=21894) of 13 regions of Rf, included to esse-Rf study in 2012-2013  y. Response was  80%.  We used  standard epidemiological  methods   and criteria. The participants  were selected to 4 groups:  1) non-AH, 2) AH not taking AHD and having normal BP, 3) AH taking drugs  with non-controlled  hypertension (non-effective treatment), 4) AH not taking AHD. LQ was assessed with international eUROQOL-5D and visual analogue scale eQ-VAs. Integral LQ assessment was done with LW shaw et al. methodics. Into analysis the following were included: sex, age, education  and wealth levels, systolic and diastolic pressure, AH treatment status, comorbidities, region of participation.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In general,  women  with AH have  worse  LQ than  men  (p&lt;0,0005).  In analysis of eQ-5D components we found, that prevalence  of prominent disorders was not higher than 3% for every single, but moderate disorders  reached 5-41% in those  with AH for different  parameters. eQ-VAs  were  significantly lower among those  having AH comparing  to non-AH — 66,4%  vs. 70,1%,  p&lt;0,0005.  Highest values (p&lt;0,0005) were found in those with AH not taking AHD, but AHD values in the group of those effectively managed and non-effectively managed were comparable. Total index of life quality by eQ-5D among men is higher than women (p&lt;0,005), but it decreases with age.  Among both genders — in AH and  “AH not taking drugs” groups  — LQ by eQ-5D was comparable and  significantly higher than in groups “treated effectively” and “treated non-effectively”.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Prevalence of AH in Rf remains high. LQ in AH persons is lower than in non-AH (mostly for those  taking AHD). This witnesses  on the necessity  for more attention  to  AH in real  clinical practice,   including  dispensary   observation  and involvement to educational  programs.
