Цель работы – систематизировать имеющиеся данные о патофизиологическом обосновании, методологии расчёта и прогностической значимости PHR в отношении неблагоприятных сердечно-сосудистых исходов и госпитальной смертности, а также оценить перспективы его применения для стратификации тромботического и геморрагического риска у пациентов, получающих антитромботическую терапию. В обзоре проанализированы результаты клинических исследований PHR у пациентов после чрескожного коронарного вмешательства, при остром коронарном синдроме, инфаркте миокарда с подъёмом сегмента ST, тромбоэмболии лёгочной артерии, ишемическом инсульте, а также в сосудистой хирургии и нефрологии. Показано, что повышенный PHR независимо ассоциирован с ростом общей и сердечно-сосудистой смертности и риска других неблагоприятных исходов.
