<trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
<title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To assess the relationships between all-cause and cardiovascular mortality rates and demographics, medical statistics, and personnel characteristics of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.</p>
<title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. This retrospective analysis of official statistical data was conducted using quantitative methods and interregional comparisons. No significant trend was observed in the post-COVID-19 period. We found a negative correlation between mortality and the incidence of cardiovascular diseases (τ=-0,689; p=0,005) and a positive correlation with the incidence of tumors and the availability of outpatient specialists (p&lt;0,05).
