Согласованное мнение экспертов предлагает потенциальную программу действий для решения проблемы низкой приверженности к терапии малосимптомных хронических заболеваний. Эксперты признают приверженность ключевым фактором успеха в лечении хронических заболеваний и рассматривают улучшение приверженности как одну из стратегических задач всех программ по снижению смертности и в целом бремени хронических заболеваний.

The expert consensus proposes a potential program of action to address the problem of low medication adherence in asymptomatic chronic diseases. The experts recognize adherence as a key factor in the success of chronic disease treatment and consider improving adherence as one of the strategic objectives of all programs to reduce mortality and the overall burden of chronic diseases.
