Её элиминация приводит к увеличению эффективности интервенционного лечения персистирующей фибрилляции предсердий, а также профилактирует развитие послеоперационной фибрилляции предсердий и желудочковых аритмий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The ligament of Marshall as a vestigial structure plays a key role in arrhythmogenesis due to the combination of preserved muscle fibers with abnormal automaticity and dense autonomic innervation.
