Инсталляция биобанков, как подразделений научно-исследовательских и клинических медицинских центров, обеспечивающих стандартизацию и качество проведения долабораторного этапа исследований, становится общемировой тенденцией и служит эффективным инструментом повышения качества биомедицинских исследований, основанных на использовании биоматериала. Рассмотрены основные преаналитические факторы, влияющие на стабильность аналитов в сыворотке и плазме крови: отсроченное центрифугирование, температура и длительность хранения, а также наличие циклов замораживания-оттаивания биообразцов. Описано большое разнообразие показателей — либо меняющихся, либо стабильных — при различных нарушениях проведения преаналитического этапа лабораторных исследований. Количественные измерения одного или нескольких преаналитических биомаркеров для оценки обработки и хранения образцов крови и ее производных представляются надежным и достоверным методом подтверждения качества образцов для конкретных типов исследований. Наиболее целесообразным подходом к оценке качества образцов из биобанков как с экономической, так и с технической точек зрения представляется использование рутинных биомаркеров, определяемых в клинико-диагностических лабораториях. Предложены маркеры-кандидаты, отражающие нарушения проведения основных процедур преаналитического этапа работы с биообразцами, и оптимальные режимы пробоподготовки и хранения сыворотки и плазмы крови, которые с наибольшей вероятностью не окажут критического влияния на стабильность большинства биохимических показателей крови.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review analyzes current studies on the stability of various blood biochemical parameters, including those used in routine clinical and research pracice, during processing and long-term storage of blood derivative samples in biobanks. The installation of biobanks, as divisions of research and clinical centers that ensure standardization and quality of pre-laboratory research, is becoming a global trend and serves as an effective tool for improving the quality of biomedical research. The following main preanalytical factors affecting the stability of analytes are discussed: delayed centrifugation, storage temperature and duration, and freeze-thaw cycles of biospecimens. A wide variety of indicators, both variable and stable, were described for various violations of the preanalytical stage of laboratory testing. The quantification of one or more preanalytical biomarkers appears to be a reliable and valid method for the assessment of the processing and storage of blood samples and their derivatives. This is of particular relevance when seeking to confirm the quality of samples for specific types of research. The most appropriate approach to assessing the quality of biobank samples, from both economic and technical perspectives, is the use of routine biomarkers determined in clinical diagnostic laboratories.
