Приведен обзор современных возможностей диагностики, немедикаментозной и медикаментозной терапии метаболически ассоциированной жировой болезни печени, а также проведен обзор влияния терапии коморбидной патологии на ее течение.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article analyzes current concepts of the pathogenesis, diagnosis, and impact on the prognosis of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) in metabolic syndrome.
