Изучить особенности церамидного профиля подкожной, эпикардиальной, периваскулярной жировой ткани (ПЖТ, ЭЖТ, ПВЖТ, соответственно) у пациентов с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями (ССЗ) в зависимости от курения.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Спектр церамидов (Cer) в ПЖТ, ЭЖТ, ПВЖТ пациентов с ССЗ (30 пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца и 30 пациентов с дегенеративными неревматическими приобретенными пороками сердца) определен с использованием хромато-масс-спектрометрического комплекса высокого разрешения (жидкостной хроматограф серии Agilent 1200 ("Agilent Technologies", Германия) с масс-спектрометрическим детектором "maXis impact" (Bruker, Германия)). Биоптаты ПЖТ, ЭЖТ, ПВЖТ получены во время оперативного вмешательства. Статистический анализ результатов проводили в программе GraphPad Prism 8 (GraphPad Software).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Обнаружены ассоциации уровней Cer в висцеральной жировой ткани и курения, проявляющиеся увеличением концентрации Cer d18:1/16:0, 18:0, 24:1, 22:0. В ПЖТ курящих пациентов выявлено повышенное содержание Cer d18:1/14:0, 17:0.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Церамидный профиль локальных жировых депо различался у курящих и некурящих пациентов с ССЗ. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о модуляции синтеза Cer при курении и накоплении Cer преимущественно в жировой ткани эпикардиальной и периваскулярной локализации при ССЗ. Принимая во внимание широкий спектр метаболических эффектов, использование Cer в качестве биомаркеров и мишеней персонализированной терапии является перспективным для выявления лиц высокого риска и улучшения лечебно-диагностических стратегий при ССЗ.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To describe ceramide profile of subcutaneous, epicardial, perivascular adipose tissue (SAT, EAT, PVAT, respectively) in patients with cardiovascular diseases (CVD) depending on smoking.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Ceramide (CER) profile in the SAT, EAT, PVAT of patients with CVD (30 patients with coronary artery disease and 30 patients with degenerative non-rheumatic acquired heart defects) was determined using a high-resolution chromatography mass spectrometry (Agilent 1200 series (Agilent Technologies, Germany)) with a maXis impact mass spectrometer (Bruker, Germany)). Biopsies of SAT, EAT, PVAT were obtained during surgery. Statistical analysis was performed in GraphPad Prism 8 (GraphPad Software).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Associations of CER levels in visceral adipose tissue and smoking were found, manifested by an increase in the concentration of CER d18:1/16:0, 18:0, 24:1, 22:0. In the SAT of smoking patients, an increased content of Cer d18:1/14:0, 17:0 was found.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The ceramide profile of local fat depots differed in smoking and non-smoking patients with CVD. The obtained results indicate the modulation of CER synthesis during smoking and the accumulation of CER mainly in the EAT and PVAT in CVD.
