Эти препараты с высоким классом доказательности прочно вошли в российские и международные рекомендации. Вместе с тем использование этих препаратов в рутинной клинической практике пока не оптимально, значительная часть пациентов очень высокого сердечно-сосудистого риска, принимая начальные дозы статинов, не достигают целевых уровней холестерина липопротеидов низкой плотности. Статья посвящена анализу международных и российских рекомендаций для оптимизации монотерапии статинов, включая их назначение в первичной профилактике с использованием реклассификаторов сердечнососудистого риска, значений коронарного кальция, ультразвуковой допплерографии сонных артерий и уровня липопротеина (а).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors (statins) are a key class of drugs for the treatment and prevention of atherosclerosis and its complications. This class of drugs has become firmly established in Russian and international guidelines with a high level of evidence. However, the use of these drugs in practice is not yet optimal. A significant proportion of patients at very high cardiovascular risk, taking initial doses of statins, do not achieve target levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol.
