Баллонирование преимущественно апикального уровня левого желудочка и отсутствие стойких нарушений локальной сократимости при динамическом наблюдении позволяет подтвердить диагноз. В настоящее время в доступной литературе представлено недостаточно данных о продольной деформации (longitudinal strain, LS) миокарда различных камер сердца при этом состоянии. Предложенный клинический случай демонстрирует полное восстановление LS левых отделов сердца в течение 1 мес. наблюдения при их исходном значительном снижении.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Among various diagnostic methods, echocardiography (EchoCG) is most often used to identify Takotsubo syndrome. Left ventricular apical ballooning and the absence of permanent local contractility disturbances makes it possible to confirm the diagnosis. Currently, the available literature provides insufficient data on longitudinal strain (LS) of various cardiac chambers in this condition.
