Изучить распространенность повышенных концентраций липопротеина (а) (Лп(а)) и аполипопротеина В (апоВ), ассоциированных с высоким сердечно-сосудистым риском, в случайной выборке взрослой популяции жителей г. Красноярска.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Концентрации Лп(а) и апоВ определялись иммунохемилюминесцентным методом с помощью автоматизированной модульной платформы Roche Cobas 8000 с биохимическим модулем с702, Roche Diagnostic, Швейцария. Обследованы 263 человека от 18 до 58 лет, давших согласие расширить диспансерное обследование определением Лп(а) и апоВ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Выявлено, что "высокие" и "запредельные" уровни Лп(а) встречаются у 12,9% обследованных, у женщин медиана показателя значимо выше, чем у мужчин (р=0,044). У 11,4% участников исследования установлены высокие значения апоВ, независимо от пола; 3,4% обследуемых имели сочетание повышенных уровней апоВ и Лп(а).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Скрининг Лп(а) и апоВ позволяет выявить у 24,3% лиц трудоспособного возраста дислипидемии, ассоциированные с высоким сердечнососудистым риском.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the prevalence of elevated concentrations of lipoprotein (a) (Lp(a)) and apolipoprotein B (apoB) associated with high cardiovascular risk in a random sample of the adult Krasnoyarsk population.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Lp(a) and apoB concentrations were determined by the immunochemiluminescent method using an automated modular Cobas 8000 platform with biochemical module c702 (Roche Diagnostic, Switzerland). We examined 263 people aged 18 to 58 who agreed to expand the standard screening by Lp(a) and apoB determination.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. We found that high and very high levels of Lp(a) are found in 12,9% of the examined, while in women the median value was significantly higher than in men (p=0,044). In addition, 11,4% of study participants had high apoB values, regardless of sex; 3,4% of the subjects had a combination of elevated levels of ap B and Lp(a).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
