Клиническое течение заболевания демонстрирует сложность проведения дифференциальной диагностики. Подчеркивается важность использования современных методов визуализации (магнитно-резонансной томографии сердца) в дополнение к стандартным методам обследования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a case of myocardial lesion associated with a coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The clinical course of the disease demonstrates the complexity of differential diagnosis.
