Изучить динамику основных факторов риска (ФР) и состояния сосудис­той стенки у студентов за 6 лет их обучения в медицинском университете.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В динамике на 1-ом курсе и на 6-ом курсе исследованы 667 студентов в возрасте 17,8±1,2 лет при поступлении (162 юноши, 505 девушек). Студентов, поступавших в один год, объединяли в одну когорту, всего набрано 5 когорт. Скрининговое обследование проводилось в рамках ежегодных внутривузовских мероприятий "Неделя первокурсника", "Неделя выпускника" сотрудниками университетского центра здоровья и включало в себя сбор жалоб и анамнеза, роста, массы тела, регистрацию периферического и центрального артериального давления, показатели сосудистой жесткости и метаболического статуса. Статистический анализ материала осуществляли с помощью программ SPSS v.23.0.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Анализ динамики профиля ФР у студентов-медиков за 6 лет обучения показал значимое усугубление распространенности артериальной гипертензии/прегипертензии, тахикардии в покое, ожирения/избыточной массы тела, нерационального питания и гиподинамии. Инструментальное исследование центральной и периферической гемодинамики, а также сосудистой жесткости студентов обнаружило повышение уровня аортального систолического давления вплоть до центральной, т.е. аортальной гипертензии в сочетании с увеличением периферического систолического артериального давления и пульса. При этом отсутствует достоверное повышение некоторых параметров сосудистой жесткости, на фоне двукратного увеличения распространенности избыточной массы тела. Анализ метаболического статуса студентов в процессе обучения выявляет значимую динамику таких показателей, как общий холестерин и триглицериды с отсутствием таковой со стороны глюкозы капиллярной крови.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные данные однозначно говорят о росте распространенности не только поведенческих, но и биологических ФР у студентов медицинского ВУЗа, а также о развитии у них доклинического сосудистого ремоделирования в процессе шестилетнего профессионального обучения, что в дальнейшем может приводить к ранним сердечно-сосудистым заболеваниям. Поэтому следует незамедлительно начинать формировать систему массового выявления факторов риска и ангиологического скрининга среди студенческой молодёжи.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the changes of the major risk factors (RFs) and vascular status in students over six years of their education at a medical university.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. A total of 667 students aged 17,8±1,2 years were examined in the 1st year and 6th year (162 men, 505 women). Students who entered in the same year were combined into one cohort, while in total 5 cohorts were recruited. The screening examination was carried out as part of the annual intra-university events "Freshman Week", "Graduate Week" by staff of the University Health Center and included the collection of complaints and history, height, body weight, the measurement of peripheral and central blood pressure, as well as the assessment vascular stiffness and metabolic status. Statistical analysis of the material was carried out using SPSS Statistics 23.0.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Analysis of RFs in medical students over 6 years showed a significant increase of the prevalence of hypertension/prehypertension, resting tachycardia, obesity/overweight, malnutrition and physical inactivity. An assessment of cen­tral and peripheral hemodynamics, as well as vascular stiffness of students, revealed an increase in the level of aortic systolic pressure, combined with an increase in peripheral systolic blood pressure and pulse. At the same time, there was no significant increase in some parameters of vascular stiffness, against the background of a 2-fold increase in the prevalence of overweight. Analysis of the metabolic status reveals a significant change in total cholesterol and triglycerides but no alterations in capillary blood glucose.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The data obtained indicate an increase in the prevalence of not only behavioral, but also biological RFs among medical students, as well as the development of preclinical vascular remodeling in them during a six-year education, which can later lead to early cardiovascular diseases.
