Анализ правильности регистрации офисного артериального давления (АД) врачами и домашнее мониторирование АД (ДМАД) — больными с артериальной гипертонией (АГ) и оценка эффективности обучения больных АГ методике измерения и самоконтроля АД.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Анкетированию были подвергнуты 46 врачей (32 участковых терапевта и 14 врачей общей практики со стажем работы от 2 до 27 лет) и 290 больных с АГ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Было выявлено, что выбор руки пациента для контроля АД, применение манжет разных размеров, кратность регистрации АД, интервал времени при повторном измерении АД, фиксация регистрируемого значения АД врачами и больными с АГ не носили унифицированного характера, в полной мере соответствующего Российским рекомендациям по диагностике и лечению артериальной гипертензии. Около половины больных с АГ проводили самостоятельную коррекцию антигипертензивной терапии и купировали “гипертонические кризы”.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Обучение пациентов правилам измерения АД необходимо проводить в “Школах АГ”, а также кабинетах (отделениях профилактики) под руководством участковых врачей и врачей общей практики. Такие мероприятия, а также регулярная проверка тонометров и обеспечение врачей манжетами разных размеров будут способствовать точному определению показателей АД на приеме, а также при проведении профилактических осмотров и диспансеризации населения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To analyze correctness of office blood pressure (BP) measurement by physicians and home-based BP monitoring (HBPM) — by the patients, and to assess the efficacy of patients teaching for correct BP self-measurement and control.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Totally, 46 physicians questioned (32 local internists and 14 general practitioners with experience 2-27 years) and 290 patients with arterial hypertension (AH).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. It was revealed that the following parameters were not unified: choice of arm, size of a cuff, times BP measured, time interval for repeated measurement, recording of BP by patients and physicians. These parameters did not suffice totally the Russian guidelines on diagnostics and treatment of arterial hypertension. About a half of BP patients by themselves corrected antihypertension treatment and dealt with the “crises”.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Education of patients for BP measurement rules must be performed in “AH schools” and in offices (prevention departments) under supervision of local internists and general practitioners.
