Обсуждение практических вопросов внедрения программы доступности автоматической наружной дефибрилляции в условиях онкологического стационара.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. На протяжении четырех лет в нашей медицинской организации реализуется программа обучения базовой и расширенной реанимации по стандартам Европейского совета по реанимации в сочетании с созданием и развитием инфраструктуры доступности автоматической дефибрилляции. Для внедрения проекта была разработана дорожная карта и инфраструктура.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. За 2018-2022гг по программе базовой сердечно-легочной реанимации обучение прошло 229 сотрудников (114 врачей, 85 медицинских сестер и 30 немедицинских работников). В различных подразделениях было размещено 15 дефибрилляторов. За указанный период первая помощь при внезапной остановке кровообращения с использованием автоматического наружного дефибриллятора до прибытия реанимационной бригады самостоятельно оказывалась врачами и сестрами лечебных и диагностических отделений трижды. Для реализации обучения в системе непрерывного образования учебная программа прошла экспертизу и аккредитацию в системе edu.rosminzdrav.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Разработка и внедрение подобных инициатив требует значительной организационной и методической работы, включая тесное взаимодействие с системой непрерывного медицинского образования, однако, на наш взгляд, является крайне полезным инструментом для внедрения культуры безопасности и повышения качества оказания медицинской помощи.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Unified approaches to ensuring the chain of survival can improve the patient’s prognosis both in out-of-hospital and in-hospital cardiac arrest.</p><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To discuss practical issues of introducing a program for the availability of automated external defibrillation in a cancer center.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. For four years, our healthcare facility has been implementing a training program for basic and advanced life support according to the European Resuscitation Council standards, combined with the creation and development of an infrastructure for the availability of automatic defibrillation. A roadmap and infrastructure were developed for the project implementation.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In 2018-2022, 229 employees (114 doctors, 85 nurses and 30 nonmedical workers) were trained under the basic life support program. Fifteen defibrillators were placed in various units. During the specified period, first aid in case of sudden cardiac arrest using an automated external defibrillator before the resuscitation team arrival was independently provided by doctors and nurses of departments three times. To implement training in the continuous education system, the curriculum has passed the examination and accreditation in the edu. rosminzdrav system.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The development and implementation of such initiatives requires significant organizational and methodological work, including continuous education system.
