Изучить выживаемость пациентов с хронической сердечной недостаточностью (ХСН) III-IV функционального класса (ФК) по классификации НьюЙоркской ассоциации сердца (NYHA) после перенесенной новой коронавирусной инфекции (COVID-19) и сравнить данный показатель с группой аналогичных пациентов, не перенесших COVID-19, как во время пандемии, так и в предшествующий пандемии период.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Была создана выборка 810 пациентов с ХСН любого ФК, которые лечились в городском центре ХСН при ГБУЗ ГКБ № 38 г. Нижнего Новгорода за период с марта 2019г по март 2020г. Из данной выборки были выделены пациенты с ХСН III-IV ФК NYHA (263 человека). Диагноз подтвержден данными эхокардиографии и рентгенографии легких. На момент выписки показатели теста 6-минутной ходьбы составили &lt;300 м, уровень N-концевого фрагмента промозгового натрийуретического пептида был &gt;300 пг/мл. Груп - па анализировалась с марта 2019г по декабрь 2021г с определением общей смертности в зависимости от перенесенной COVID-19.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. За 520 дней наблюдения умерло 30,8% пациентов III-IV ФК NYHA. COVID-19 перенесли 16,0% пациентов, из них за данный период погибло 79,25% пациентов. Смертность среди пациентов без COVID-19 в анамнезе составила 23,3% (р&lt;0,001). 30-дневная смертность среди переболевших COVID-19 составила 50,0% пациентов, за год этот показатель составил 71,4% (р&lt;0,001). Среди не переболевших пациентов с ХСН III-IV ФК умерло в первые 30 дней 4,64%, а за год — 20,7% пациентов (р&lt;0,001). Полученные результаты сравнили с данными эпидемиологической программы ЭПОХА-ХСН с 2002 по 2017гг.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Смертность среди переболевших COVID-19 пациентов с ХСН IIIIV ФК была выше в 3,5 раза по сравнению с выборкой пациентов с ХСН III-IV ФК без перенесенной COVID-19 в анамнезе. За время пандемии COVID-19 показатель смертности среди пациентов с ХСН III-IV ФК, не перенесших COVID-19, увеличился в 2,09 раза по сравнению с предшествующим пандемии периодом.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the survival of patients with New York Heart Association (NYHA) class IIIV heart failure (HF) after a coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and compare it with a group of similar patients without COVID-19, both during and before the pandemic.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. A sample of 810 patients with HF of any class was created, who were treated in the HF center at the City Clinical Hospital № 38 in Nizhny Novgorod for the period from March 2019 to March 2020. Patients with NYHA class HF III-IV (n=263) were selected from this sample. The diagnosis was confirmed by echocardiography and chest radiography. At the time of discharge, the 6-minute walk test was &lt;300 meters, while the level of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide — &gt;300 pg/ml. The group was analyzed from March 2019 to December 2021 with the definition of all-cause mortality depending on prior COVID-19.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. During 520-day follow-up, 30,8% of NYHA class III-IV patients died, while 16,0% of patients underwent COVID-19, of which 79,25% of patients died during this period. Mortality among patients without prior COVID-19 was 23,3% (p&lt;0,001). The 30-day mortality among those with COVID-19 was 50,0%, while for the year, this parameter was 71,4% (p&lt;0,001). Among patients without COVID-19 and with class III-IV HF, 4,64% died in the first 30 days, and 20,7% of patients died during the year (p&lt;0,001). The results obtained were compared with the data from the EPOCHA-CHF program from 2002 to 2017.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Mortality among patients with class III-IV HF after COVID-19 was 3,5 times higher compared with those with class III-IV HF without prior COVID-19.
