Определить взаимосвязь между сосудистым возрастом (СВ) и сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями, связанными с атеросклерозом, у лиц с артериальной гипертензией и гиперлипидемией.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В исследовании приняли участие 241 человек из города Баку. Средний возраст составил 58,7±10,9 года. Среди них было 119 женщин (49,4%) и 122 (50,6%) мужчины. Средний индекс массы тела, рассчитанный в этом исследовании, составил 27,77±4,19 кг/м2. Анализировались данные о семейной отягощенности, курении, наличии ожирения, диабета, хроническом заболевании почек, реваскуляризации, заболевании периферических артерий, стенокардии, приеме препаратов, показатели липидного спектра, систолическое и диастолическое артериальное давление. СВ пациентов рассчитывался с помощью онлайн-калькулятора.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. СВ пациентов составил в среднем 78,0±15,1 лет. Корреляционный анализ с помощью метода Пирсона показал положительную корреляцию между биологическим возрастом (БВ) и полученным нами СВ (0,719; 95% доверительный интервал: 0,651-0,775; p&lt;0,001). Анализ с использованием метода хи-квадрат c уточнением значимости методом Монте-Карло (двусторонний) показал, что в нашей выборке при 10-месячном наблюдении перенесенный инфаркт миокарда (ИМ) чаще встречался в возрастных подгруппах 50-59 (10,0%) и 60-69 (8,3%) лет, в то же время в группе определенной по СВ ИМ чаще встречался в “возрастной” подгруппе 70-79 (7,0%) и &gt;80 лет (13,3%). ИМ+инсульт+реваскуляризация в группе, определенной по БВ, чаще встречались в возрастных подгруппах 50-59 (12,0%) и 60-69 (14,5%) лет, а в группе, определенной по СВ, ИМ+инсульт+реваскуляризация чаще встречались в “возрастных” подгруппах 70-79 (11,6%) и &gt;80 лет (19,9%).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Между БВ и СВ выявлена достоверная позитивная корреляционная связь. При СВ &gt;70 лет частота случаев ИМ+инсульт+реваскуляризация увеличивается приблизительно в 3-5 раз. Таким образом, определение СВ является наглядным клиническим инструментом, позволяющим информировать пациента о возможных сердечно-сосудистых осложнениях и разработать тактику профилактических мероприятий.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To determine the relationship between vascular age (VA) and atherosclerosis-related cardiovascular diseases in patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study involved 241 residents of Baku. The mean age was 58,7±10,9 years. There were 119 women (49,4%) and 122 (50,6%) men. The mean body mass index was 27,77±4,19 kg/m2. Data on family history, smoking, obesity, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, revascularization, peripheral arterial disease, angina pectoris, drug intake, lipid profile, systolic and diastolic blood pressure were analyzed. Patient VA was estimated using an online calculator.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The patient VA was on average 78,0±15,1 years. Pearson's correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between biological age (BA) and estimated VA (0,719; 95% confidence interval: 0,651-0,775; p&lt;0,001). Pearson's chi-squared test with Monte Carlo simulation showed that within 10-month followup, myocardial infarction (MI) in presented sample was more common in age subgroups of 50-59 (10,0%) and 60-69 (8,3%) years. At the same time, in the group defined by VA, myocardial infarction was more common in the age subgroup of 70-79 (7,0%) and &gt;80 years (13,3%). MI+stroke+revascularization in the group defined by BA was more common in age subgroups of 50-59 (12,0%) and 60-69 (14,5%) years, and in the group defined by VA, MI+stroke+revascularization was more common in age subgroups of 70-79 (11,6%) and &gt;80 years (19,9%).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. A significant positive correlation was found between BA and VA. In case of VA &gt;70 years, the incidence of MI+stroke+revascularization increases approximately 3-5 times.
