Оценить антигипертензивную эффективность и переносимость терапии тройной фиксированной комбинации (ФК) амлодипина/индапамида/периндоприла, а также приверженность пациентов с артериальной гипертензией (АГ) этой терапии в условиях реальной клинической практики.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В программу были отобраны 1247 амбулаторных пациента в возрасте от 18 до 79 лет, обоих полов с эссенциальной АГ. Все пациенты, включенные в исследование, принимали ФК амлодипина/индапамида/периндоприла. Оценка состояния пациента производилась в ходе четырех визитов наблюдения: визит 1 – визит включения, визит 2 – через 2 нед., визит 3 – через 4 нед., визит 4 – через 12 нед. наблюдения. На каждом из визитов оценивали достижение целевого уровня артериального давления (АД) &lt;140/90 мм рт.ст. и уровня АД &lt;130/80 мм рт.ст. На визите включения и завершающем 4-ом визите анализировали качество жизни по опроснику SF-36, а также приверженность терапии на основании заполнения валидированного опросника из 6 вопросов.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Через 12 нед. наблюдения отмечено статистически значимое снижение уровня систолического и диастолического АД – на 33,5 и 14,3 мм рт.ст., соответственно (р&lt;0,001). Целевого уровня АД &lt;140/90 мм рт.ст. в соответствии с рекомендациями РМОАГ/ВНОК по лечению АГ (2010г) через 12 нед. наблюдения достигли подавляющее большинство (93,4%) пациентов. Через 12 нед. наблюдения доля пациентов с хорошей приверженностью лечению увеличилась с 18,8% до 49,0%, а доля пациентов с низкой приверженностью, наоборот, снизилась с 46,3% до 5,1%.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Результаты наблюдательной программы ТРИКОЛОР демонстрируют высокую антигипертензивную эффективность, хорошую переносимость и приверженность при применении тройной ФК амлодипин/индапамид/периндоприл у пациентов с эссенциальной АГ в реальной клинической практике в России.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the main results of the Russian post-marketing multicenter open-label program TRICOLOR (Triple fixed-dose combination in the treatment of hypertension).</p><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To evaluate the antihypertensive efficacy and tolerability of the triple amlodipine/indapamide/perindopril fixed-dose combination, as well as the adherence of hypertensive (HTN) patients to this therapy in actual clinical practice.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The program enrolled 1247 outpatients aged 18 to 79 of both sexes with essential HTN. All patients included in the study receive amlodipine/ indapamide/perindopril fixed-dose combination. The patient’s condition was assessed according to four visits: visit 1 — at inclusion, visit 2 — after 2 weeks, visit 3 — after 4 weeks, visit 4 — after 12 weeks of follow-up. At each visit, the achievement of the target blood pressure (BP) &lt;140/90 mm Hg and &lt;130/80 mm Hg. At enrollment and visit 4, quality of life was analyzed using the SF-36 questionnaire and adherence to therapy using a validated 6-question questionnaire.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. After 12 weeks, a significant decrease in systolic and diastolic BP was recorded — by 33,5 and 14,3 mm Hg, respectively (p&lt;0,001). Target BP &lt;140/90 mm Hg after 12-week follow-up was achieved by the overwhelming majority (93,4%) of patients. After 12 weeks, the proportion of patients with good medical adherence increased from 18,8% to 49,0%, while the proportion of patients with low adherence, on the contrary, decreased from 46,3% to 5,1%.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
