Указываются особенности и преимущества такого подхода, позволяющего пользоваться не только синергизмом гипотензивного эффекта, но и целым рядом других преимуществ. Рассматривается один из наиболее патогенетически обоснованных вариантов комбинированной терапии: сочетание дигидропиридинового антагониста каналов кальция III поколения и ингибитора ангиотензин-превращающего фермента.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper emphases the need for dual antihypertensive therapy and describes itsbenefits, such as synergetic hypotensive action and other beneficial effects.
