Главными преимуществам КАК перед остальным методами диагностики ССЗ являются низкая стоимость и широкая доступность. В то же время низкая специфичность КАК является важным недостатком, ограничивая его диагностическую ценность.</p><p>Проанализировав результаты многочисленных клинических исследований, мы пришли к выводу, что наиболее важными параметрами КАК, имеющими диагностическую/прогностическую ценность при ССЗ, являются ширина распределения эритроцитов, средний объем тромбоцитов, общее количество лейкоцитов, отношение нейтрофилов к лимфоцитам, отношение тромбоцитов к лимфоцитам, отношение моноцитов к липопротеинам высокой плотности. Нами последовательно обсуждается диагностическая ценность каждого из вышеперечисленных показателей при ССЗ. Пристальное внимание к данным параметрам КАК со стороны клиницистов способно в определенной степени улучшить лечебно-диагностический процесс при ведении пациентов с ССЗ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article discusses the relationship between parameters of complete blood count (CBC) and cardiovascular diseases (CVD). The main advantages of CBC over other methods of CVD diagnostics are low cost and wide availability. At the same time, the low specificity of CBC is an important disadvantage, limiting its diagnostic value.</p><p>After analyzing the results of numerous clinical studies, we concluded that the most important CBC are red cell distribution width, mean platelet volume, total leukocyte count, neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio, platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio, monocyte to high-density lipoprotein ratio. We discuss the diagnostic value of each of the above indicators in CVD.
