Стандартизованным методом оценки коронарного кальциноза является кальциевый индекс по методу Агатстона. Полуколичественная оценка коронарного кальция с электрокардиографической (ЭКГ) синхронизацией считается сильным прогностическим фактором возникновения коронарных событий у асимптомных пациентов. Нулевой кальциевый индекс может служить как наиболее сильный негативный фактор риска развития сердечно-сосудистых событий в течение 10-15 лет. Согласно международным рекомендациям кальциевы индекс следует использовать у пациентов промежуточного риска и низкого риска с сердечно-сосудистым семейным анамнезом, а также у диабетиков старше 40 лет. Целью данного обзора является обобщение современных данных о клиническом значении кальциевого индекса с учетом результатов международных многоцентровых исследований, современных международных рекомендаций и дальнейших перспектив по более широкому применению исследования в кардиологической практике.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Coronary artery calcification (CAC) is characteristic of coronary atherosclerosis, which is often detected by chest computed tomography. The standardized method for assessing CAC is the calcium score (CS) using the Agatston scoring system. A semi-quantitative ECG-synchronized assessment of coronary calcium score is considered a strong prognostic factor for coronary events in asymptomatic patients. Zero CS can serve as the strongest unfavorable risk factor for cardiovascular events in 10-15 years. According to international guidelines, CS should be used in patients of intermediate and low risks with a family history of cardiovascular diseases, as well as in patients with diabetes older than 40 years.
