Оценить взаимосвязь между содержанием лабораторных биомаркеров, ассоциированных с процессами воспаления и ремоделирования в миокарде, и особенностями течения постинфарктного ремоделирования левого желудочка, определяемого с помощью магнитно-резонансной томографии сердца.</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В исследование было включено 60 больных инфарктом миокарда с подъемом сегмента ST на ЭКГ, которым выполнялось стандартное обследование и определение содержания биомаркеров в сыворотке крови, и проводилась оценка течения ремоделирования миокарда с помощью магнитно-резонансной томографии сердца.</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Прогрессирующее постинфарктное ремоделирование было выявлено у 28,3% больных, перенесших инфаркт миокарда с подъемом сегмента ST. Была выявлена взаимосвязь между содержанием предшественника матриксной металлопротеиназы-1, матриксной металлопротеиназы-9, тканевого ингибитора матриксных металлопротеиназ –1, N-концевого предшественника мозгового натрий-уретического пептида, интерлейкина –6, индексами конечного систолического и диастолического объемов, фракцией выброса левого желудочка, а также индексом массы пораженного миокарда.</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. В ходе исследования была установлена роль повышенного содержания матриксных металлопротеиназ и их тканевого ингибитора, N-концевого предшественника мозгового натрий-уретического пептида и интерлейкина-6 в процессе структурного и функционального ремоделирования миокарда левого желудочка при инфаркте миокарда.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the association between the levels of inflammation and myocardial remodelling biomarkers and the progression of post-infarction left ventricular (LV) remodelling, based on the cardiac magnetic resonance tomography data.</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study included 60 patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction, who underwent the standard examination, measurement of serum biomarker levels, and cardiac magnetic resonance tomography, in order to assess the progression of myocardial remodelling.</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Progressing post-infarction myocardial remodelling was observed in 28,3% of the patients. There was an association between the levels of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) 1 precursor, MMP-9, tissue inhibitor of MMP-1, N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (N-proBNP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), end-systolic and enddiastolic volume indices,LV ejection fraction, and damaged myocardial mass index.</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
