Приводится информация о недавно обнаруженных механизмах его эффекта, включая системное не связанное с миокардом действие. Приводятся результаты эпидемиологических исследований и мета-анализов, подтверждающие эффективность и безопасность препарата при ишемической болезни сердца и хронической сердечной недостаточности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article focuses on new data on trimetazidine MB cytoprotection studies. The data provided on novel mechanisms of its effect including systemic action not related to myocardium.
