Использование персонифицированного подхода может способствовать более успешному устранению аритмии и уменьшению вероятности развития рецидивов. Одним из таких подходов является использование радиочастотной аблации совместно с современными высокотехнологичными методами исследования. В статье описан клинический случай успешной катетерной аблации персистирующей фибрилляции предсердий у пациентки с механическим протезом митрального клапана, благодаря использованию до операции неинвазивной топической диагностики.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Treatment of persistent and long-persistent forms of atrial fibrillation remains a pressing issue. Using a personalized approach can help to more successfully eliminate arrhythmias and reduce the return probability. One of these approaches is the use of radiofrequency ablation in conjunction with modern high-tech research methods.
