Е.Н. Мешалкина в проспективный регистр больных, перенесших ТИАК, был включен 191 пациент. Для анализа пациенты были разделены в группы низкого хирургического (EuroSCORE II &lt;4%) – 137 пациентов, и повышенного хирургического риска (EuroSCORE II &gt;4%) – 54 пациента. На госпитальном этапе оценивалась частота серьезных неблагоприятных сердечно-сосудистых событий (смерть от всех причин, нефатальный инфаркт миокарда и нефатальный инсульт/Т), а также частота имплантации постоянного электрокардиостимулятора (ЭКС).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: В послеоперационном периоде наблюдались: кардиальная смерть –в 3 (2,2%) и 2 (3,7%) случаях в группах низкого и повышенного риска, нефатальный инсульт/транзиторная ишемическая атака (ТИА) – в 7 (5,1%) и 2 (3,7%) случаях. Частота комбинированной конечной точки составила 10 (7,3%) и 4 (7,4%), соответственно (р&gt;0,999, 95% ДИ). За время госпитализации случаев нефатального инфаркта в группах исследования зарегистрировано не было. Частота имплантации постоянного ЭКС вследствие развившейся полной атриовентрикулярной (АВ) блокады составила 10,9% и 13%, соответственно.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: В данном проспективном регистре продемонстрированы хорошие непосредственные результаты ТИАК у пациентов с разными степенями хирургического риска. Относительная частота летальности, нефатального инфаркта миокарда, нефатального инсульта/ТИА и имплантации ЭКС достоверно не различалась в группах низкого и повышенного хирургического риска.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To assess the results of transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) in patients with symptomatic aortic valve stenosis in routine clinical practice.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p> Material and methods. From 2015 to 2018 based on the Meshalkin National Medical Research Center in the prospective register of patients undergoing TAVI, 191 patients were included. The patients were divided into low surgical risk group (EuroSCORE II &lt;4%) — 137 patients, and increased surgical risk group (EuroSCORE II &gt;4%) — 54 patients. We defined incidence of serious adverse cardiovascular events (all­cause death, non­fatal myocardial infarction and non­fatal stroke/ transient ischemic attack (TIA)), as well as the incidence of permanent pacemaker implantation (PPI).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In the postoperative period, cardiac death was observed in 3 (2,2%) and 2 (3,7%) cases in the low­risk and high­risk groups, non­fatal stroke/TIA — in 7 (5,1%) and 2 (3,7%) cases. The frequency of the composite endpoint was 10 (7,3%) and 4 (7,4%), respectively (p&gt;0,999). During the hospitalization non­fatal myocardial infarction cases in the groups were not registered. The incidence of PPI due to the complete atrioventricular block was 10,9% and 13%, respectively.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. This prospective register demonstrates good results of TAVI in patients with different surgical risk.
