Выявление тяжести хронической болезни почек (ХБП) у больных, перенесших острый коронарный синдром (ОКС).</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Исследование проведено в городе Семей (Семипалатинск) Восточно-Казахстанской области. Были изучены истории болезни больных с ОКС, поступивших в Университетский госпиталь “Государственного Медицинского Университета (ГМУ) г. Семей”, Восточно-Казахстанской области в течение 1 года. Всего было проанализировано 659 историй болезни, из них 263 были пациенты с инфарктом миокарда (ИМ), а 396 — пациенты с нестабильной стенокардией (НС). Диагностическими критериями ХБП были протеинурия, показатели креатинина, скорость клубочковой фильтрации (СКФ) &lt;60 мл/мин/1,73 м2. Стадии ХБП определялась по показателям СКФ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Средние показатели протеинурии у больных с ИМ (Me=0,033) были выше, чем у больных с НС (Me=0,00), U=39564,5, Z=-5,579, p&lt;0,001. Средние показатели креатинина у больных с ИМ были на 10,26 ммоль/л (СО=3,08) выше, чем у больных с НС (t=3,323, df=657, p=0,001). Средние показатели СКФ у больных с ИМ были ниже на 4,69 л/мин/1,73 м2 (СО=1,236), чем у больных с НС t=-3,794, df=657, p=0,000. Наибольший процент ХБП у больных с ОКС приходился на 2-3 стадию, вторая стадия ХБП была чаще диагностирована у больных с НС.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Результаты нашего исследования позволили охарактеризовать тяжесть ХБП у пациентов, перенесших ОКС, и очертить круг проблем, связанных с этими заболеваниями. Существует необходимость широкого внедрения международных и национальных клинических руководств по диагностике, лечению и профилактике ХБП у пациентов, перенесших ОКС.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To determine the severity of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in patients after acute coronary syndrome (ACS).</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study was conducted in Semey (Semipalatinsk), East Kazakhstan region. The case histories of patients with ACS who were admitted to the University Hospital of the State Medical University (Semey State Medical University) of the East Kazakhstan Region for 1 year were studied. A total of 659 case histories were analyzed, of which 263 were patients with myocardial infarction (MI), and 396 were patients with unstable angina (UA). The diagnostic criteria for CKD were: proteinuria, levels of creatinine, glomerular filtration rate (GFR) &lt;60 ml/min/1,73 m2. CKD stage was determined by the parameters of GFR.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The average proteinuria in patients with MI (Me=0,033) were higher than in patients with UA (Me=0,00), U=39564,5, Z=-5,579 p=0,000. The average values of creatinine in patients with MI were 10,26 mmol/l higher than in patients with UA (t=3,333, df=657, p=0,001). The mean GFR values in patients with MI were lower by 4,69 L/min/1,73 m2 than in patients with UA (t=-3,794, df=657, p=0,000. The highest percentage of CKD in patients with ACS were in stage 2-3, the second stage of CKD was more often diagnosed in patients with UA.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The results of study allowed us to characterize the severity of CKD in patients undergoing ACS.
