Поиск генетических маркеров гена ADIPOQ, ассоциированных с уровнем адипонектина и развитием коронарного атеросклероза.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В исследование включались пациенты, которым была проведена диагностическая коронароангиография в 2011-2012гг в ФГБУ НМИЦ ПМ Минздрава России с оценкой степени выраженности коронарного атеросклероза. Уровень адипонектина определяли в плазме крови с применением тест-системы на основе иммуноферментного анализа (BioVendor, Чехия). Генетические варианты rs17300539, rs182052 и rs266729 гена ADIPOQ определялись методом полимеразной цепной реакции (ПЦР) в реальном времени (Applied Biosystems, 7500 Real Time PCR System). Аллели исследуемых вариантов суммировались в единой шкале генетического риска (ШГР).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В исследование было включено 447 пациентов, из них 319 мужчин (70,7%). Медиана возраста составляла 61 [55-69] год. Все пациенты были разделены на 2 группы по значению ШГР (≤2 и &gt;2, соответственно). Группы различались по уровню адипонектина 7,64 против 8,29 мкг/мл (р=0,01), общего холестерина 4,60 против 5,00 ммоль/л (p=0,03), холестерина липопротеинов низкой плотности 2,8 против 3,09 ммоль/л (p=0,03), а также частоте развития нестабильной стенокардии 2,15% против 6,8% (р=0,02) и сахарного диабета 2 типа 11,8% против 21,1% (р=0,01), соответственно. Различий между группами по выраженности коронарного атеросклероза и показателям Syntax и Gensini score получено не было.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Генетическая шкала на основе трех вариантов гена ADIPOQ определяет плазменный уровень адипонектина и риск наличия нестабильной стенокардии и сахарного диабета, но не степень выраженности коронарного атеросклероза.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The search for genetic markers of ADIPOQ, associated with the level of adiponectin and development of coronary atherosclerosis.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. To the study, patients included, who had undergone diagnostic coronary arteriography in 2011-2012 in the NMRCPM with assessment of the severity of coronary atherosclerosis. The level of adiponectin was measured in plasma with the test-system based on the immune enzyme analysis. Genetic variants rs17300539, rs182052 and rs266729 gene ADIPOQ were measured realtime (Applied Biosystems, 7500 Real Time PCR System). Alleles of the studied variants were summarized by a unified score of genetic risk (SGR).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. To the study, 447 patients included, of those 319 males (70,7%). Median of age was 61 [55-69] y.o. All patients were selected to 2 groups by SGR (≤2 and &gt;2, respectively). Groups differed by the level of adiponectin 7,64 vs 8,29 mcg/mL (р=0,01), total cholesterol 4,60 vs 5,00 mM/L (p=0,03), cholesterol of low density lipoproteides 2,8 vs 3,09 mM/L (p=0,03), and the rate of unstable angina development 2,15% vs 6,8% (р=0,02) and type 2 diabetes 11,8% vs 21,1% (р=0,01), respectively. There was no difference in the groups by Syntax and Gensini score.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
