Имеются данные о влиянии разных типов электрокардиостимуляторов (ЭКС) на качество жизни и отдалённые сердечно-сосудистые (СС) конечные точки.</p><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Изучение влияния типов ЭКС и режимов стимуляции на частоту отдалённых неблагоприятных СС событий у пациентов с ДСУ.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. У 610 пациентов (69,2±1,48 лет) с ДСУ с установленным ЭКС, определялись СС статус и оценивались долгосрочные (39,7±0,8 мес.) неблагоприятные СС точки (инфаркт миокарда, инсульты, общая смертность, госпитализации по СС и не СС причинам).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Выживаемость больных различалась при 4 вариантах ДСУ (p=0,041) и наиболее неблагоприятными были “тахи-бради” и отказ СА-узла + СА блокада III степени. Также показано различие между разными режимами стимуляции ЭКС в отношении смертности (p=0,049); меньшая частота смертельных исходов была выявлена при режимах AAI и DDD, а более высокая — при VVI. Не было выявлено отличий по конечным точкам при сравнении групп пациентов с собственным ритмом по сравнению с ритмом пейсмекеров (p&gt;0,05).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Были показаны различия между СС конечными точками у пациентов с разными вариантами ДСУ и режимами стимуляции.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Dysfunction of sinus node (DSN) is the syndrome, characterized by symptoms of tissue hypoperfusion and manifestations on the electrocardiogram and could potentially lead to sudden death. The various impact of different types of pacemakers on life quality and cardiovascular endpoints was shown.</p><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To analyze follow-up cardiovascular endpoints in patients with DSN and installed pacemakers.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Six hundred and ten patients with DSN were analyzed in follow-up period (39,7±0,8 months) for unfavorable cardiovascular events (myocardial infarction, strokes, cardiovascular and non-cardiovascular hospitalizations).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Mortality rate differed depending on DSN variant (p=0,041), and most unfavorable was “tachy-brady” and sinoatrial node arrest + sinus node block III types. Also, the difference in mortality rate was shown for pacing variants (p=0,049) with maximal rate number of deaths was in ventricular pacemakers (24,6%) less — in dual-chamber pacemakers (11,7%) and minimal — in atrial (5,5%). No changes in cardiovascular endpoints was found between groups with sinus and pacemaker’s rhythm (p&gt;0,5).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
