Выбор наиболее эффективного и безопасного препарата у пациентов с острым коронарным синдромом без подъема сегмента ST (ОКСбпST) зависит от стратегии лечения и является трудной задачей. Фондапаринукс (Арикстра) — синтетический ингибитор Xa фактора свертывания крови, доказал свои преимущества в проведенных исследованиях, на основании которых включен в существующие клинические рекомендации. В данном обзоре рассматриваются основные результаты и выводы проведенных исследований, определяется роль фондапаринукса в реальной клинической практике. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Anticoagulation treatment is a vital component of acute coronary syndrome treatment. Selection of the most efficient and safe drug for the acute coronary syndrome patients without ST elevation (NSTEACS) depends on the strategy of treatment and is in fact a difficult task. Fondaparinux (Arixtra) is a synthetic Xa factor clotting inhibitor, has showed its benefits in clinical studies, according to which it is included into clinical guidelines.
